Gate to nothing
A gate leading to nowhere. Eyjafjörður, N-Iceland.
I dont know if there was ever a house there or why this gate is there.
Perhaps an entrance into another dimension?

In our endless strive for more material wealth and social acceptance, we tend to leave behind and forget what has already been created by our society, be that PEOPLE, PLACES or THINGS.
A gate leading to nowhere. Eyjafjörður, N-Iceland.
I dont know if there was ever a house there or why this gate is there.
Perhaps an entrance into another dimension?

Decided to do some digging in the ol' archives. Found something i liked from my last trip to the Brickworks so here it is. Everyone has taken shots of this thing, you almost have to if you visit this place. Dont know if I will go back here anytime soon, all I know is Im dying to do some exploring. I haven't been out to explore in ages. Crazy work hours, crazy weather.... Hopefully I'll find some time soon.

I see a red door and I want it painted black
No colors anymore I want them to turn black
I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes
I have to turn my head until my darkness goes
I see a line of cars and they’re all painted black
With flowers and my love both never to come back
I see people turn their heads and quickly look away
Like a new born baby it just happens every day
I look inside myself and see my heart is black
I see my red door and it has been painted black
Maybe then I’ll fade away and not have to face the facts
It’s not easy facing up when your whole world is black
